About the Cottages

We make available a lovely garden cottage for a maximum of 2 people plus one animal in a darling and highly desired residential community. The cottage is a fully furnished private house with one bedroom, one bathroom (tub/shower combination) , kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, 3 walk-in closets, HDTV, linen closet, private pantry, living room, private courtyard with edibles, private back garden, washer/dryer and parking is on the street. Internet is available for an additional cost. This residence is not available for events, parties or other types of social gatherings.

The garden cottages are available for short terms (from one - twelve months at a time) are located within a delightful and highly sought after residential community.

Guests have the benefit of a cozy yet fully furnished, private cottage without the hassle of having a long term commitment or having to setup house. Bring a suitcase and food. The cottage awaits.

Located in the heart of the city. Steps from Beverly Hills, minutes to Culver City, Venice Beach and most major freeways, the 10 and 405 in particular.
