The Cottages offer fully furnished small houses with private gardens that are excellent for those who need a private residence for a short term. The entire cottage is available - not merely a room to share. When ready, just bring your suitcase and food. Whether you choose to cook in the cottage or order locally, the convenience of the option of one or both is available.
Bedroom
Each cottage contains one bedroom and has a walk-in closet, queen-sized bed, hardwood floor and bright windows. Bed linens come with the cottage and are refreshed regularly.
Bathroom
Charming bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower combination, tiled flooring, medicine cabinet, sink, toilet, toilet paper and bath linens which are refreshed regularly.
Living Room
The living room features the largest room of the house, has hardwood floors, two walk-in closets, a desk, chairs, sofa, HDTV, lightening cable charging station and entertainment center.
Kitchen + Laundry
Features a traditional cottage kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, eating utensils, dishes, microwave, eat-in table for two, coffee maker, teapot and a pantry with a washer/dryer combination.
Location
The cottage is located within a quiet community in West Los Angeles and is not available for holding events, parties or other extraneous activities.
It’s a private residence where people live quietly. It’s a very peaceful and quaint community and it is expected all guests will abide by the same standard of peacefulness.
The property is north of the 10 Freeway, east of Rancho Park, West of Wilshire Vista and South of Beverly Hills.This is a non smoking property. No smoking or drugs of any kind.Animals are given consideration. Inquire in advance.

A bit about Faircrest Heights - it's an amazing community that no one knows about (thankfully). People drive by it and rarely drive through it unless there's a need. It's a community composed primarily of single family residences, people walk their animals and children in the early am and late into the night, neighbors chat with each other on corners, socialize and look out for each other, on weekends it's like a park environment because you rarely hear much of anything other than birds, and yet we are close to just about everything on the westside (5 miles from the beach, walking distance to Beverly Hills, close to the 10 and 405 freeways, Culver City, Century City and all sorts of shops and eateries). A cozy little community that most enjoy so much they rarely want to leave. It's a place most people love once they become a resident as it's completely unique from other experiences in LA and was once nominated one of the 10 best places to live in LA and that is partly because no one knows it exists!
